Our technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the nonprofit certifying body for the cleaning and restoration industry. They study coursework on the topics of water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.

Employee Certification Training

This voluntary program is designed to allow SERVPRO franchise employees to work at their own pace to attain specialized training and certification in the following modules after completing the course materials and an examination:

• Water Restoration
• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Initial, e-Learnings, and Continuing Education Classes

After the 15-day intensive training, other training cover many restoration topics, including:

Our e-Learning program is a web-based training that gives our employees access to ongoing education. This is a voluntary program designed to keep office staff and technicians up-to-speed on industry standards. This allows us to provide the service and support our residential and commercial business customers expect.
