This customer called our team after suffering a traumatic kitchen fire in their home.  This families home was almost 100% affected with smoke filling the entire home leaving behind soot, ash and odor.  To restore this home our team first removed all the burnt material, removing the source of the odor is always our first step.  We then cleaned the entire home, using our patented SERVPRO products, to remove the remainder of the smoke residue that was left behind.  After this we sealed and painted the structure.

Simultaneously, we had a crew that packed out the contents of the home.  Once back at our shop our crew worked tirelessly, cleaning and restoring the contents that were salvageable while making an inventory list of all non-salvageable items with picture documentation.
